Return and Exchange Policy

WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. We do hope that you love the items you receive from S + H, but we understand sometimes things don’t work out due to fit, timing or other circumstances. Read about our return policy below! Return Policy:

  • Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card for online store credit use.
  • We must receive your returned order within 15 days of your order date to be eligible for a store credit refund. International orders are allowed 30 days due to distance and timing.
  • Returns must be odor/scent free (no perfumes, smoke, any other scents), unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached. Shoes should be in original state as well. Please include your package slip with the returned item.
  • Returns must be received within 15 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted). International orders have 30 days from receiving your order to return merchandise. Returns older than 15 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. 
  • All sale, jewelry, swimwear, bodysuits, bralettes, and gift items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. 
  •  If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for any return postage.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • As we grow in the future, expect to see our return policy change!

Do we offer return labels?

We do not offer return labels at the moment, but we do hope to offer them as we grow in the future!

Can I make a return past the 15 day period for store credit?

Unfortunately we cannot accept clothing past the 15 day return policy for store credit. If items are returned past this period the customer will be required to pay a $6 shipping charge to have the items sent back.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: The following items are non-returnable/non-refundable.

  • Accessories
  • Hats
  • Sale Items
  • Intimates (bralettes, bodysuits, swimwear)
  • Gift Items (candles, blankets, cards, etc)


If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us at the address listed above. After we receive, inspect and approve the returned item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card (issued within 3-5 days). You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit. 

Defective Items:

All defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receiving. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit. Damages need to be reported before wearing the item with tags still attached. 

We reserve the right to refuse any returned/exchanged item that does not meet our return policy criteria. Please be sure to read over the return and exchange policy to keep the process running smoothly!
